Hourly Charter Rates

Executive Sedan (up to 4 pax) —————- $85 per hour (3hr min)

Cancellation Policy // Comms // Advance Payments // CNP Transactions

  • We require at least 48-hours notice for cancellations and reservation changes. Other than weather, medical issues or airline-related problems, cancellations that occur with less than 48-hours notice will be considered billable fares
  • Customer is responsible to fully communicate to us any missed connections, diversions, re-bookings, trip changes, flight cancellations, or any other information that affects us picking you up at Sky Harbor
  • Prepayments can be received in advance for future transfers & charters; however if canceling a trip that was prepaid on a credit card, the refund will be subject to a 7% fee (our cost)
  • Credit card transactions which are not physically swiped through our readers (card-not-present) are subject to a 2.5% fee (our cost)

Service Fees

To insure our perpetual 24-hour / 365 day per year driver availability, a 30% gratuity will be added to the following trips:

  • Pick-ups between 11 PM and 4 AM
  • Trips booked on Federal Holidays
  • On-demand trips booked with less than 24-hour notice
I-17 Construction Closures

During late night blasting closures on I-17 (Mondays thru Thursdays), if we need to route through Wickenburg, the sedan rate between PHX Sky Harbor and the Quad Cities will be $275 (includes gratuity)
