Hourly Charter Rates

Cancellation Policy // Comms // Advance Payments // CNP Transactions

  • We require at least 48-hours notice for cancellations & reservation changes. Other than weather, medical issues or airline-related problems, cancellations that occur with less than 48-hrs notice will be considered billable fares
  • Customer is responsible to notify us of any flight cancellations, missed connections, diversions, re-bookings or any other trip change information that affects us picking you up at the airport
  • Prepayments can be received in advance for future rides; however if canceling a trip that was prepaid on a credit card, the refund will be subject to a 7% fee (our cost)
  • Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% fee (our cost) if the card is not physically inserted into one of our card readers (card-not-present transactions)
  • Willis Sedans is not responsible for (but not limited to) heavy traffic, airport shut-downs, delayed flights, auto-mechanical issues and acts of God.

Service Fees

To insure perpetual driver availability, a 30% gratuity will be added to the following trips:

  • Transfers from 1 AM to 4 AM – (Exception: 50% grat added to rides between 1 AM & 2:30 AM)
  • Trips booked on Federal Holidays
  • Same-day trips booked with less than 24-hr notice
  • Pickups at PHX Sky Harbor after 10:30 PM are considered special requests with separate pricing
I-17 Closures

If we have to re-route through Wickenburg because of a closure on I-17, the sedan rate between PHX Sky Harbor and the Quad Cities will be $300 (includes gratuity)
