We have been using Willis Car Service now for 2 years! Forrest recently picked us up from the airport to bring us home. It was a relaxing, comfortable, and a safe ride home after a long weekend away. All their drivers are super reliable, professional and enjoyable to chat with. The vehicles are comfortable and clean inside and out! They make the ride so much easier for us.

I have used Willis Sedans for over a year now and due to circumstances, have made at least 15 round trips from my home in Prescott to Sky Harbor. Used the local shuttle for a few trips when I first moved to Prescott, with crowded shuttles and the last straw, a flat tire on 69 which caused me to miss a flight. I switched to Willis and am more than satisfied with their service. No flat tires and wonderful home to airport to home service. Highly recommend Willis Sedans!!!!

In June 2026 we used Willis Sedans for the first time..and it will certainly not be the last time! We had a great driver for both trips to and from the Phoenix airport. His driving was superb and the conversations were interesting and lively. Our return trip was great even though it was after midnight because of our nearly two-hour delayed flight. We will call Willis Sedans for every trip to and from PHX airport. Great job!

My wife and I have been using them for about 10 years. Right about now your wondering why it has taken until today to write a review. The ridiculous answer is I didn't know I could! Anyway, the service is always ready no matter how early or late your plane lands. We were once 4 hours late and arrived at 11 PM. Not only was the driver there to meet us but the owner put the driver up for the night so he didn't have to drive back home at 2 in the morning.

We scheduled a round trip to Sky Harbor from Williamson Valley in 6/26. We traveled to Europe and wanted less stress in our travel plans. Justin, our driver was punctual and professional. We will use Willis Sedan Service again in the future. By the time we pay for fuel, parking, hotel and our time to drive to/from Sky Harbor..it was worth it!

During our trip to Prescott we used the service to and from Sky Harbor as well as to and from Williams for the Grand Canyon Railway. Outstanding customer service, friendly, and reliable.

We used the service for the first time on Nov 4th to take us to Sky Harbor at 3 AM. Jon was at our house at 2:45 and we had a very pleasant (albeit very early) trip down the hill. We returned on Nov 26th having spent the night at the Marriott Airport Hotel (due to a very late flight) and Rick was at the hotel and picked us up at 9:45 AM and again had a very pleasant drive back home. Both drivers were competent and cordial. I highly recommend this service and we'll use them every time we need to go to the airport. Thanks Shawn for providing such an excellent service!

Really happy I decided to search for a local car service after years of using a local shuttle service to Phoenix Sky Harbor. The shuttle service was fine, but added to the stress (close quarters with strangers) I feel when traveling. I finally decided to book Willis Sedan Service and I'm so happy I did. Our driver Rick was great and provided excellent service. Have booked all future travel to the airport with Willis Sedans.

The drive with Shawn was great. We had heavy rain from Talking Rock to Phoenix airport but drive was so smooth and easy. We ran into a traffic jam but Shawn found a way to divert around it and still get me to the airport in plenty of time.

I cannot say enough good things about Willis Sedan Service. My husband and I don't travel much and we were a little stressed about making sure we got to the airport safely and on time. Shawn was so nice and professional. We had to cancel at the last minute because of a medical emergency and Shawn was so accommodating. We rescheduled with them no problem. They picked us up at our home and the ride to airport was so comfortable. Coming back Jon picked us up right at the door. He too was so accommodating and friendly. The only completely stress-free part of our vacation was these guys. We will NEVER take a shuttle again. If you want peace of mind when having to deal with flights and deadlines, these guys are the only choice. VIP service all the way.

Shawn, just a note of thanks for waiting for me to arrive on a later flight. As an older person it was a bit scary being stranded at DFW on a flight with mechanical problems and then having to take the train around to a different terminal. I am very grateful your driver Jon was so patient with my crazy flights and was able to make adjustments to get me home the same night. Thanks again and I will be using your service again soon.

The two drivers that were sent for both our rides were OUTSTANDING! Ryan worked his way around a major traffic jam on I-17, and Jon who picked us up at the airport, got us out of there in record time. He even came in and helped us with our luggage. We just wanted to send a thank you to Ryan our driver to/from Scottsdale to Prescott. He was a great help especially with my husband's episode at the hotel. He went way above and beyond his duties and was a great support to me when it looked like my husband was going to be seriously ill before our pick up. My mom had missed her flight returning to Phoenix and arrived five hours late. I thought I would have to rearrange her travel back to Paulden but Ryan said it wasn’t a problem and he would still make sure my mom arrived home safely. He was so kind to call and text to make sure I knew my mom was on her way and ended up going out of his way to help her the entire trip! The only way to go to the Phoenix airport! Everyone at Willis Sedans is professional and friendly! Ryan took us for the beginning of our vacation and we were lucky to have him pick us up for the end. I made a last minute change ...getting in a day early and Ryan and Shawn were extremely accommodating! We didn't even go outside for our pickup! Treat yourself.

I am a new customer and I'm writing this review to recognize the outstanding customer service I received last night by Rick. My flight into PHX was delayed several times, and the plane landed 3 hours later than scheduled. Rick stayed available for me, which my other driving service would have never done.  I am very grateful that he stayed to help me as I was traveling alone. I highly recommend Willis Sedans, because Shawn, the owner, and his crew have a policy that the customer is never abandoned.

My sister and I wanted our aunt to have an experience of a lifetime. She was flying to Washington to visit her daughter. Jon from Willis Sedans picked me up at my door in Chino Valley promptly and whisked me away to the airport in Phoenix. Well, I felt like a princess! Beautiful car, great driver and we talked all the way. Return flight, Rick met me inside the airport with my name in large letters on his phone, again it was a great trip, we talked and talked. Wow! The wife and I were impressed when our private driver pulled up professionally dressed in a blue suit and tie at 12noon. The driver was Danny and he made our ride from Prescott to Tempe very enjoyable.  It was like having a personal tour driver.  I will definitely use Willis Sedans again and the owner Shawn is a nice guy over the phone.

Professional Service! From Hawaii to Sky Harbor we were notified 24hrs prior, greeted when we landed, and taken to Prescott with a first class touch.  With the growing fear of Covid this was a safer ride than being on shuttle van with many other unknown passengers. Our driver pointed out many places to checkout while visiting Prescott and he treated us very professionally...and yes! we did hit up "BoSa Doughnuts".

I had the pleasure of arranging transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Prescott Valley, AZ. Like so many others have said, the shuttle experience had deteriorated to the point I could not do it anymore. The reservation process was easy and Shawn was a great communicator before and during my reservation time. Where this company really delivered was in the multiple weather delays getting out of Houston due to TS Imelda. Shawn was great and assured me no matter when I finally made it in, a car would be there for me. Both rides were very comfortable and relaxing. A great time to de-stress over the airplane trips. Worth every penny of the fare! I will absolutely use this service every time I travel to the area and highly recommend them to all.

We have used Willis for years. After a long overseas flight we are really glad to see Shawn and his other drivers! We have also used them to pick up our family and friends who fly in to visit. I can highly recommend Willis Sedans for a stress free experience. We use them to return to Prescott after flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. We just had Willis Sedans take us to and from the Phoenix Airport to Talking Rock Ranch in Prescott. It was a wonderful experience. We have used the Shuttle before and, while that costs less, it doesn't compare with the service from Willis. They were reliable, convenient (door-to-door), courteous and professional. They texted us when our flight landed and met us right inside the terminal. The cars (Towncar one way and Suburban the other) were so roomy and it was just the two of us and the driver. We felt relaxed and safe. This will be our ride to the airport from now on and we will likely use them for other trips around the area.

Willis Sedan Service was recommended to me by a neighbor for rides to the airport which is 2 hours away. The drivers are prompt, courteous and helpful with the luggage. The cars are clean and upscale. I travel a lot and so have used their service several times. I would highly recommend this company for airport transportation or even just night out on the town when you need a designated driver. You won't be disappointed!
